In my mind, Fault and Overprime are pretty close to each other in terms of quality and Predecessor is kind of doing its own thing. Haven't played OverPrime nor Predecessor yet, so i cant compare those 3, but till i can, i'll enjoy playing fault.Īt this point it's better than predecessorīased on what? Almost 2 months ago Predecessor had fewer bugs, better audio design, better lighting, card art, a better shop UI, a better in game UI, a screen in the main game menu that let you view all items and their properties, better animation work/camera movement, better damage feedback, better ability range indicators for enemy abilities (Fault has none of these right now), better death animations and death recap, a non-bugged camera every time you respawn, and an actual animation at the end of the game instead of abruptly cutting to the score screen. So if you have a bigger group (and you really enjoy fault and are able and willing to spend a few extra bucks for cosmetics and 1 week Early acces for heroes) a few could play it for free. After that i bought the masters pack myself and was able to give my second key to a friend. I got a key from a friend, who bought the masters or founders Pack (not sure which he bought) and was able to get all heroes in the first 50 games. I have played a lot worse Early Acces games( PUBG Was way worse and still a lot of people enjoyed it). In my opinion is fault a good game, especially for its Early Acces state. There are not really a lot of bugs and i'm certain that there are absolutly no "gamebreaking" bugs. Like others have already said:Fault has 16 heroes(Murdock, Sparrow, Twin Blast, Grim.exe, Dekker, Countess, Khaimera, Steel, Greystone, Kwang, Sevarog, Gideon, Belica, Muriel, Narbash & Boris).
